The staff switched our room because the first one was too hot. the rooftop bar offered an escape from busy streets. Sunset views were lovely. the location provided easy access to everything.
lack of heating was uncomfortable. it was cold in the room, restaurant and bar. people had breakfast in coats.

The rooftop bar was gorgeous!!! the lobby and bar area provided relaxation spots. breakfast included typical european options and pancakes. the dining room was large and spacious. It was really nice.

The hotel has a central location near major attractions. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. The bar area and sitting area offered comfortable spots to relax after dinner. We found many nice areas to sit and unwind.
We encountered a small issue with the room's floor. It seemed a bit old and not appealing. There were also lipstick marks on the gowns, not ideal. Noise from nearby rooms, particularly toilets and moving chairs, was noticeable.

The staff provided a complimentary umbrella, also organized a very beautiful trip to Murano and Burano.
The floor in my room looked quite old with laminated material, also did not appear appealing. Sockets were not near the coffee machine. I had to move them. There was too much noise. I could hear toilets flushing in rooms next door.
