adequate location, room issues
old floor lipstick marks
The room i stayed in required some attention. the laminated floor looked quite old. i also noted lipstick marks on the gowns, and some marks on the walls. noise was also an issue. I could clearly hear toilets flushing in neighboring rooms and the sound of chairs moving upstairs. drilling sounds from nearby were disruptive

soundproof problem distracting noise
the location was good, near everything i wanted to see.
the room was not soundproof at all. i heard chairs moving upstairs and toilets flushing next door. it was so distracting.

faulty charger small rooms
the location was convenient and central.
i was disappointed with the room. the charger on one side of the bed didn't work. also, the rooms were really small. i expected more for the price.

lovely views easy access
The staff switched our room because the first one was too hot. the rooftop bar offered an escape from busy streets. Sunset views were lovely. the location provided easy access to everything.
lack of heating was uncomfortable. it was cold in the room, restaurant and bar. people had breakfast in coats.

The hotel has a central location near major attractions. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. The bar area and sitting area offered comfortable spots to relax after dinner. We found many nice areas to sit and unwind.
We encountered a small issue with the room's floor. It seemed a bit old and not appealing. There were also lipstick marks on the gowns, not ideal. Noise from nearby rooms, particularly toilets and moving chairs, was noticeable.

laminated floor loud noise
The staff provided a complimentary umbrella, also organized a very beautiful trip to Murano and Burano.
The floor in my room looked quite old with laminated material, also did not appear appealing. Sockets were not near the coffee machine. I had to move them. There was too much noise. I could hear toilets flushing in rooms next door.
